Tony O’Connor, an Australian artist resided on the Sunshine Coast, Australia in the hinterland area of Maleny where his studio was also located.

Tony O’Connor is one of Australia’s biggest selling instrumental musicians.

His music inspired and helped many and is played in medical centres, hospitals and homes.

It is used by psychologists, doctors, hypnotherapists and other practitioners world wide.

I have personally appreciated Tony’s work for more than 10 years and have shared his music in a professional manner to induce relaxation, meditation and hypnosis.

On Sunday, 23rd May 2010, Tony O’Connor gently and peacefully passed away at home with his wife Jacqui, daughter Samantha, and son-in-law Steve, by his side.

About eighteen months ago, Tony was diagnosed with a glioblastoma multiforme – a brain tumour.

In early 2010 Tony realised his time with us was coming to an end, but he accepted the next stage of his journey with grace, honour and dignity.

What a wonderful gift to humanity and the greater consciousness Tony shared and leaves as his legacy.

His talent, passion, generosity, warmth and essence remains.

I am personally forever thankful for his part in my life.

Much love and compassion to Tony’s family and friends.

May we all be blessed with the innate knowing of your ever spiritual presence
